Getting around Grenada - Sailing guide for Grenada

The Grenada Yacht Club is located just outside of the town of St. George and offers docking and re-fueling facilities.
GYC can accommodate boats up to 75 feet long.
The Grenada Yacht Club offers the best marina facilities in St. George's.
Berthing for forty-four yachts, bar, restaurant, Customs & Immigration, 24 hour security, water, electricity (110/220 V), fax, telephone service, garbage disposal and fuel are available.

Sailing lessons for the youths is available through our Sailing School. The Club welcomes visiting yachts personnel to experience the friendly Grenadian hospitality of our Management and Staff.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

Grenada Yacht Club Laundry service is available between 0800hrs. to 1600hrs. EC$ 10 per wash EC$ 15 per dry - Please check with the office staff.

Fax services are available during office hours.

A cylinder gas refill service is available through Texaco. Cylinders are collected on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Book swap - A sizeable collection of books in English, French and German is available at the office.

Ice and Phone Cards may be purchased at the Bar.

Showers are free to persons tied up to the docks.
Showers are available at a fee of EC$ 1.00 per person.

Garbage disposal is free to persons tied up to the docks. Please ensure your garbage bags are strong and well sealed before placing them in the disposal skip.
Garbage disposal is available to other persons at a fee of:
Small bag - EC$ 1.00
Medium bag - EC$ 3.00
Large bag - EC$ 5.00

An authorized taxi service is available. The bar staff will be happy to arrange a taxi for you.
