Soak in the warm sunshine, cool seabreezes and quiet relaxation in one of Grenadas' quiet residential areas.
Owl Cottage is located on the southeast coast, just minutes away from the airport and the heart of the island, St.George's.
This well appointed two bedroom, detached villa with pool is idyllically situated in its own grounds which are only 60 yards from L'anse aux Epines' golden sand, palm fringed, beach.
It is built on an elevated site giving fantastic views from nearly all rooms. Conveniently located between Spice island marina with its mini-market, restaurant and bar to the left and the world famous Calabash Hotel at the other end of the beach to the right.
Three other Restaurants are within 5 minutes easy walking distance.

The villa has 2 double air-conditioned bedrooms (twin or king-size beds) Screened with ceiling fans. 2 Bathrooms (both 'en suite'). Large lounge - with cable TV and disc player.
Equally large balcony - the focal point of the house where most meals are taken and from which you can watch the sunset each evening - ideal for relaxing with friends over a rum punch or barbecue.

Take the 'self out of 'self catering' Monday to friday, Greta our cook/housekeeper; arrives early enough to cook breakfast, serve lunch and prepare your evening meal if wished.
She can do small amounts of personal laundry, s well as 'keeping house'.
If your needs are simpler, Greta can go home earlier than her normal 2.p.m. A small supply of groceries can be purchased for your arrival.
