Villa owners have the advantage of shared security, maintenance and infrastructure with an option to get a return on investment by renting out against a guaranteed yield to management.

Aloe Vera Restaurant is perched on the top of the hill with amazing views of both beaches and the ocean beyond. Specialising in French cuisine fused with the best of local ingredients and recipes, the service is table d’hote. Four to seven course fixed menus are served with fine champagnes and carefully selected wines. Individual changes are always accommodated.

Paradisebay also has an impressive range of spa facilities and outdoor sports include. tennis, volleyball and bonfire games. Indoor games are pool, backgammon, table tennis and a variety of board games.
