Hope Estate Development
Formerly an agricultural estate, Hope Estate consists of approximately 385 acres of prime coastal land on the east coast of the island of Grenada.

The land offers some of the most spectacular scenery on the island boasting four beautiful, white sandy beaches, which hug its rugged Atlantic coastline.

Hope Estate is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the southern part of the island, offering unrivalled peace and tranquility and surrounded by stunning scenery.

It is within close proximity to the rainforest with its cascading waterfalls.
Hope Estate is forty minutes from Point Salines International Airport, in the capital St. Georges and ten minutes from Grenville, the second largest town.

The Estate has been divided into the following two sections:

Hope Estate (Residential) Development is well established, with luxurious homes serviced by concrete roads, street lighting and utilities. The Development is currently in its third phase, with lots now being offered for sale.

Hope Estate (Resort) Development consists of approximately 235 acres of prime beach fronted land which has been reserved for resort development.
With four white sandy beaches, this land offers exclusive resort potential.
